On October 4, 2019 at 18:51 UTC the “Long March – 4C” (“Changzheng-4C”) rocket-carrier was launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in north China's Shanxi Province. The rocket orbited the “Gaofen-10” Earth-imaging satellite.

On October 3, 2019 at 11:00 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-12” landing capsule landed safely in Kazakhstan.
The spacecraft delivered to Earth the 2 members of Expedition 60 – Russian cosmonaut Aleksey Ovchinin and American astronauts Tyler «Nick» Hague as well as the “flight participant” Hazza Al Mansouri, the first cosmonaut of the United Arab Emirates. Japanese HTV-8 cargo spacecraft arrived at space station.
On September 28, 2019 at 14:09 UTC the 8th Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency H-II Transfer Vehicle (HTV "Kounotori-8”) was installed on its berthing port of the "Harmony” module of the International Space Station. American astronauts Christina Koch operating the Canadian-built arm, captured the HTV-8 “Kounotori” spacecraft at 11:12 UTC.

Russia launched military satellite.
On September 26, 2019 at 07:46 UTC the “Soyuz-2.1b” rocket-carrier was launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Arkhangelsk region, North Russia. The rocket equipped with the “Fregat” booster orbited the “Kosmos-2541” satellite for the Russian military. The satellite is designed to detect missile launches. The satellite is likely the third EKS, or Tundra, missile warning satellites for the Russian military.

On September 25, 2019 at 13:57 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-15” spacecraft was launched from Baykonur Cosmodrome. The space vehicle was orbited by the Russian “Soyuz-FG” rocket-carrier. Japan launched HTV-8 resupply spacecraft to space station.
On September 24, 2019 at 16:05 UTC the Japanese HTV-8 (H-2 Transfer Vehicle) unmanned supply spacecraft was launched from Tanegashima Cosmodrome situated at the island located 115 km south of Kyushu. Kyushu is the third largest island of Japan and most southwesterly of its four main islands. The spacecraft was orbited by the Japanese H-2B rocket-carrier. The mission is Japan's 8th cargo delivery flight to the International Space station. The HTV-8 mission is also named Kounotori-8. Kounotori is the Japanese word for white stork. The spacecraft is to deliver about 5300 kilograms of cargo to the station’s crew.
