On October 3, 2019 at 11:00 UTC the Russian “Soyuz MS-12” landing capsule landed safely in Kazakhstan.
The spacecraft delivered to Earth the 2 members of Expedition 60 – Russian cosmonaut Aleksey Ovchinin and American astronauts Tyler «Nick» Hague as well as the “flight participant” Hazza Al Mansouri, the first cosmonaut of the United Arab Emirates. Ovchinin and Hague spent in space 203 days, Hazza Al Mansouri – 8 days. Six other ISS crew members – Russian cosmonauts Aleksandr Skvortsov and Oleg Skripochka; Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano; American astronauts Christina Koch, Jessica Meir and Andrew Morgan remained in orbit aboard the International Space Station as the Expedition 61 crew. The undocking of Soyuz MS-12 marked the end of Expedition 60 and the start of Expedition 61. Attachments: |
