50th Anniversary of Russian Space Research Institute.

In September 2015 the Russian Federal Communications Agency issued the postal stationery (a post card) devoted to the 50th Anniversary of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences

Total edition is 7750 post cards.

The card was postmarked with the special official cancellation also devoted to the 50th Anniversary of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 2015 Cosmonautic Day postal stationery.

In 2015 Russian Ministry of Communications issued the postal stationery devoted to the Cosmonautic Day. The cover is cancelled with the "Cosmonautic Day” official post mark with the date setting mechanism in Moscow on April 12, 2015. Total edition is 2 000 000 envelops.

Reshetnev, the 90th birthday anniversary.

Academician Mikhail Reshetnev is scientists, designers, one of the founders of the Soviet (Russian) Cosmonautics. Reschetnjow arbeitete zudem an Steuersystemen, die die korrekte Ausrichtung eines Satelliten gewährleisten sollen. Des Weiteren forschte er im Gebiet der Raumfahrtphysik.

The 50th anniversary of the first spacewalk.

On 18 March 1965, Soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov took the first spacewalk. He became the first person to leave the confines of his spacecraft while in orbit and float in the vacuum of space. Alexei Leonov, who with Pavel Belyayev was flying onboard the Soviet “Voskhod-2” spacecraft, accomplished the first extra-vehicular activity – EVA, or spacewalk – on what was only the 14th piloted spaceflight in history.

Space engineer Georgy Babakin in a new postage stamp.

On November 13, 2014 Russian Post issued a postage stamp devoted to the 100th birthday Anniversary of Georgy Nikolayevich BABAKIN, a Soviet engineer working in the space program. He was Chief Designer at the Lavochkin Design Bureau from 1965 until his death. Babakin's "NPO Lavochkin" brought improved engineering, testing and systems management, generating a series of successes — the first soft landing on the Moon by the “Luna-9”, the first probe of the Venusian atmosphere by “Venera-4”. The stamp depicts a portrait showing Georgy Babakin and the “Luna-17” robotic spacecraft.

The size of stamp is 42х30 millimeters.

The 50th Anniversary of “Voskhod” flight.
In September 2014 Russian Post issued the postal stationery (a post card) devoted to the 50th Anniversary of the flight of the “Voskhod” spacecraft, the first world multi-seater manned space vehicle. The post card depicts the crew of the spacecraft (Soviet cosmonauts - Vladimir KOMAROV, Konstantin FEOKTISTOV and Boris EGOROV) and the landing capsule of the “Voskhod”. Total edition is 12 000 post cards.

New postage stamp devoted to Tereshkova’s flight.
 

Russian Post issued a postage stamp devoted to the 50th Anniversary of Valentina Tereshkova’s space flight. Although the 50th anniversary of the spaceflight took place on June 16, the postage stamp was issued only on July 5, 2013.
The size of stamp is 32,5 X 65 millimeters.
The stamp is printed by sheets of 8 (4 X 2) stamps.
Total edition is 424 000 stamps (53 000 sheets).
The First Day Cover was also issued on July 5.
All 3 parts of FDC (a cover, a postage stamp and a post cancellation) depict a seagull soaring in the sky. The Tereshkova’s call sign during her historic space flight was "Chaika”. Chaika means a seagull in Russian.
